thats a really nice use of colors and lighting. i love how the moonlight hits and boldly highlights the trees in the font and subtely grazes the buildings. im just wondering, what are those arrows on the right? is it something abstract?
thanks. yes, the arrows on the right are abstract. I started off with them. I'm sort of doing an evolution series. I started with the arrows, and now I've added this.
I like it! it's very calm and pretty nice choice of colors

I hear all the greatest poets were alcoholics,
so I've taken up drinking.
I've also taken up suicial thoughts,

Sadly nothing seems to be working,
but at least I've got a pretty good buzz going.
it looks real tight, excellent work. at first glance it kinda looks calm but i think when you look harder it give the impression of something wicked on the horizon... mainly b/c of the broken arrow thing. which, by the way works itself very nicely into this piece. the only thing i would change about this, is the color of the tops of the trees i think they are just a little too bright, they kinda make your eyes jump from the moon to them. where as if it was slightly less bright, i feel your eyes would just naturally flow throughout the whole piece... well thats my 2 cents. again most excellent work.
When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
A Special Collection of photographs i found this month that still haunts my mind. Show them some love There are always some i can`t include due to space, i try to make the features under 50 deviations to give them better exposure
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
